Medicinal Ingredients (per capsule): Chicken cartilage (Gallus gallus, Cartilage)..500 mg

(Hydrolyzed collagen type II 300mg, Hyaluronic acid 50mg, Chondroitin sulfate 100mg)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:(vegetable capsule): Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate

Dosage

Dosage(adults):  2 Capsules 2 times per day, preferably on an empty stomach or as directed by a health care practitioner.
