Shipping Fees And Time
Most in-stock orders placed online will be fulfilled within 2-3 business days, not including holidays. Expedited shipping option will be fulfilled within 1 business day. In the event that we cannot fulfill your order immediately due to product availability issues, we will inform you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund or select an alternate product.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number as each shipment is released. Orders containing multiple items will ship entirely, or as items become available.
Most orders are shipped from our store in Vancouver, BC, and sometimes from our distribution partners across the country. It may take up to two weeks after shipping for your order to arrive. Please allow extra time if you live in a rural region.
Please note, you may experience slower than normal delivery times due to the impact of COVID-19 on facilities and transportation. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Exemptions: Please select in-store pickup or local delivery for honey, maple syrup, and fresh royal jelly. If you would like to order these products for shipping, please order via phone by calling 1-604-872-1669 OR our South Korea phone line 070-8872-0665.
Canada
Shipping is $19 to all Canadian provinces.
We ship anywhere in Canada which typically takes three to ten business days to most urban centres. Expedited shipping taking three business days is available for an extra charge.
Local Delivery
We offer same day delivery for a flat-rate of $15 for addresses in the Lower Mainland. This delivery is free for orders of $200 and over before taxes. The order must be placed before the daily cutoff time of 1pm in order to guarantee same day delivery, otherwise it may be delivered on the next business day. Please see below for applicable cities. Some exceptions may apply.
Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Delta, Langley.
In-Store Pickup
Pick up at our location is available during business hours. Choose the local in-store pickup option at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed, and a second "pickup notification" email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup. For the security of your order, you will be required to present the pickup notification email and a government-issued photo ID (eg. driver's license) that matches the name on the order.
USA
Shipping is $35 to the USA.
South Korea
Shipping is $30 to South Korea.
Exemptions: If you would like to order elk antler products, fresh royal jelly, honey, and/or maple syrup to South Korea, please call our FREE phone line at 070-8872-0665. You will NOT be charged long distance.
At checkout notes, please provide your "customs clearance number" or your "social security number". This is needed for your package to clear customs and enter South Korea.
