Recommended Use: Helps balance and maintain healthy intestinal flora. Helps minimize symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome in adolescents and adults. Helps promote regularity and digestive comfort.

Recommended Dose: Adults, adolescents and children over three (3) yrs, take two (2) capsules once per day before or during a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Refrigeration is recommended, but not necessary after opening. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. (Powder may be removed from capsules and mixed with food).

Cautions & Warnings: For children under six (6) years, powder should be removed to avoid choking. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medications, or have a fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain consult a healthcare practitioner before use.
